Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Plan - The New, the Old and the Success!

Virtual
Tuesday, April 19, 2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM   iCalendar Central Standard Time

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Plan (HHVBP), take two! Or up to 5%. The national home health value-based purchasing plan is similar to the nine-state pilot in which Iowa participated. This webinar will ensure your agency has all the facts including additions to the plan and items taken out since the pilot. Tools will be provided to ensure agencies have the information they need to succeed, including strategies and key areas to invest time and resources.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Define how the new hospitalization measure in 2023 is different than our current measure.
  • Define the portions of the HHVBP that are consistent and different from the pilot program.
  • Discuss how to focus efforts, using current data.
  • List the items with the largest impact in HHVBP.
