Our lives as women leaders are filled with expectations, to-do’s, commitments and constrictions, often with little time to tend to ourselves. In this retreat, we come together to create space for our bodies, minds and spirits to rest, relax, receive and replenish. We will use the labyrinth as an imprint, guide and map during our time together. Found throughout the world, labyrinths are universal patterns which originated over 4,000 years ago. They offer a form of walking meditation to reduce stress, quiet the mind and open the heart to one’s authentic self and a renewed sense of purpose. As we connect with each other, with ourselves and with our deeper wisdom, we honor our paths as women in leadership, rediscover our sense of center, and bring our authentic selves back into the world. Lisa Radtke, former IHA Board member and retired chief administrative officer for Winneshiek Medical Center, along with former Mayo Health System colleague and Nickijo Hager will be our facilitators. This retreat is by invitation only and registration (including meals and activities) is complimentary thanks to the generous support of our sponsors - COPIC, ServiShare, AssuredPartners, Graham Construction, RAS, IMEG Corp and McGough Construction. We have secured a room block at the Surety Hotel. Plan to reserve your room by October 13. You will be responsible for your hotel charges. Room Reservation Link.
