Trade Show Hours

To reserve a sponsorship or trade show booth, you must agree to the IHA Trade Show / Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.  

ASSOCIATE MEMBER RATES:

• 10' x 10' main concourse booth - $3,200 (booths 1-21). The main concourse booths are in the hallway between the exhibit hall and the education session rooms. 
• 8' x 8' main concourse booth - $3,200 (booths 22-27). In an effort to provide more booths in this location, we have added 6 smaller booths along the breakout session wall.
• 10' x 10' exhibit hall booth - $2,650 (booths 28-74).

NONMEMBER RATES: Organizations must be approved by the Iowa Hospital Association.

• 10' x 10' exhibit hall booth - $3,500 (limited to booths 75-81).
• 10' x 10' government/nonprofit booth - $1,100 (limited to booths 44-47).
