Allers was the business office manager, revenue cycle director, and privacy and compliance officer, developing a solid foundation in operational finance, regulatory oversight, and end-to-end revenue cycle performance. In 2022, she was appointed chief financial officer, where she now provides strategic financial leadership focused on sustainability, transparency and alignment of financial operations with the organizational mission. Allers holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Upper Iowa University. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds certifications as a healthcare financial professional and a revenue cycle representative from the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Allers partners closely with clinical and administrative leaders to strengthen financial sustainability while improving access, accountability and patient experience. Known for her ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical, actionable insights, she brings a balanced leadership perspective that connects revenue cycle performance with organizational stability and quality care.Jen Timmerman began her career in healthcare as an admitting interviewer at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. With over 16 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Timmerman’s diverse background includes hospitals, employed physician enterprises, private practice, critical access hospitals, nursing homes, ambulance service and rural health clinics. She works for CommonSpirit Health as the market director of revenue cycle for Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and Minnesota. Timmerman is also an adjunct professor at Bellevue University, teaching in their Master of Health Administration Program. Before joining CommonSpirit Health, she was director of revenue cycle at Shenandoah Medical Center from 2016 to 2019. She was also with Methodist Health System in a variety of roles, including revenue cycle training and project manager. Timmerman has her master’s degree in management with an emphasis on healthcare. She is a certified healthcare financial professional and a certified revenue cycle representative through the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the board chair for the Nebraska chapter of the Medical Group Management Association.
