SPEAKERS As a member of FORVIS’ health care performance improvement team, Alicia Faust brings over 24 years of health care experience, including 15 years of consultation services with large international accounting firms, 3 ½ years at a state hospital association and 5 ½ years at a large integrated academic and community-based health system in the Chicago area. Faust’s focus areas include management of revenue cycle and revenue integrity functions, financial and operational impacts of electronic health record system implementations, large-scale support of hospital and physician practice acquisitions and integrations, and new service line activations in hospitals and physician practices. Victoria Duffel is a member of FORVIS’ health care performance Improvement practice unit. Duffel has over 15 years of health care experience, including 3 ½ years at an academic medical center and 6 ½ years of consultation services with a health information and technology supplier. She has extensive experience with revenue integrity and fraud, daily revenue reconciliation with custom tools, unique revenue leakage and charge capture techniques, price transparency and contract management implementation for critical access and large hospitals with complex payer mixes.
