The presentation will explain: Breach-reporting requirements. Contingency plans. Mitigation procedures. Optional information-sharing choices. Relevant breach response. This presentation also will provide an update about federal legislative and regulatory activities, evaluate cybersecurity breach situations, and outline appropriate methods for responding to and reporting a breach.
