PROGRAM OVERVIEW For individuals serving as the primary information source to their hospital board of trustees, it’s a major responsibility to equip new members with the knowledge to make a difference in their role. A vital tool in this process is a properly structured board orientation. This session will review the items to include in new board member orientation to enhance the members’ success to become an effective part of the governance team.
