PROGRAM SPEAKER Erin Cubit is the executive director at the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Iowa. She oversees the association and represents hospice and palliative care organizations at a state and federal level. In her role, Cubit serves on the steering committee for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's Council of States as well as the steering committee for the State Hospice Organization Executive Roundtable. Cubit is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public policy. She has worked with HPCAI since 2018.
