IHA Medicare Payment Impact Modeling provides Iowa hospitals with impact analysis of Medicare payment policy changes. Each year, CMS makes a number of changes to how hospitals are reimbursed under the Medicare program through the regulatory process. The impact reports provide hospitals with quick and easy to understand analyses of proposed and final regulatory changes that assist hospitals in planning and preparing both operationally and financially. Contact Allison Martin for more information.
The IHA Salary Survey Program is a web-based tool that collects data on three surveys: the annual Salary Survey, Benefits Survey, and the Turnover Survey. The results allow a hospital to compare their data with other hospitals in Iowa, statewide, within specific geographical regions, by Medicare payment classification and create custom peer groups. A hospital can also run their own salary and benefit reports on demand through the Salary Survey Program.
