There are questions that can be asked during an interview to predict how someone will perform and if a potential candidate will fit well in your organization’s culture. This session will discuss techniques that can be used during an employment interview to help get the right person in the right position at the right time.

  • Discuss strategies for being the “employer of choice” by candidates.  
  • List key strategies to use during interviews. 
  • Outline how to write behavioral questions for a specific position description. 

SPEAKER

Toni Boyles is the chief encouraging officer at A Place in Time Training with more than 30 years of experience in training on a variety of topics. Boyles is a communications graduate of Washburn University and previously worked as a staff development specialist for the Kansas Department of Transportation.
